3. Risks. Trading carries substantial loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leveraged products can send losses past your initial margin. Only trade capital whose total loss you could withstand.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and carry rates are shown on the Fees page and constitute part of this agreement. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Market manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful use are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability. Where law permits extent of law, belvohub excludes indirect, incidental or consequential losses tied to the Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms might be revised occasionally. Continued use once changes apply means consent. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of the operating entity.
